Gram Nicolle
Gram Nicolle Staining is a differential staining based on the structure of the bacterial cell wall which is different for Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.

Gram Hücker
Gram Hücker staining is based on the same principle as the Gram Nicolle technique. The structure of the bacterial walls and their permeability to alcohol help differentiate the Gram-positive bacteria from the Gram-negative bacteria. In this technique, Carbolic Gentian Violet is replaced by our unique Crystal Violet Oxalate (which does not require filtration) and Ziehl Carbolic Fuchsin by Safranin.

Fluorescent Staining
Fluo-RAL kit offers a rapid method for the identification of mycobacteria or Acid Fast Bacilli (AFB).
AFB retain the Auramine after discolouration with acid and alcohol. The other non-acid-fast bacteria and cell elements are counter stained by Thiazine Red. Subsequently, mycobacteria appear yellow-green on a red background. In case of any suspicion, it is required to confirm results with traditional ZN staining.

Ziehl-Armand

Rapid Cold TB Staining
